Our Amherst brewery is housed in a former furniture mill that was once home to the Paul Bunyan Furniture Company, a successful rural Maine business that operated here for more than 30 years.

Today, the building’s woodworking heritage remains an important part of the experience. Original artifacts, vintage tools, historic machinery, and carefully preserved pieces from the mill can still be seen throughout the brewery.

Guests can enjoy a beer tasting at tables crafted from wood reclaimed from the mill, along with several original tables and chairs made here decades ago. Surrounded by the warmth, character, and history of this remarkable building, every visit offers a glimpse into Maine’s proud tradition of craftsmanship.
